Brokers (and Operators) who sell "Jet Cards" have figured out what the worst-case price scenario is and have used that as the basis for their rate. A Broker (one who shops for an Operator for you) has ZERO control over the actual price they will have to pay to 'buy' your Flight.
The actual hourly price of a Charter flight (what your Broker pays to an Operator for the plane you will use to redeem your flight hours) is predominately determined by two simple but highly variable forces.

How much does it cost to charter a private jet?
Pricing is determined by multiple factors which is why there is no “set price” we can give without all the details. Things like departure date and time, plane type, number of pilots, and distance all affect the cost of your charter. However, when you book with us, you pay what we quote you. We are very upfront with our costs and will never charge you any hidden fees.
How far in advance do I need to book a private jet?
We are very proud to say we have the fastest booking-to-takeoff time in all of Palm Beach. If departing from West Palm Beach (PBI), we can be airborne an hour after booking. We can take off from surrounding airports in Palm Beach in about 90 minutes. Please keep in mind that last minute flights will have a different price range than flights with ample notice.
What type of private jet do I need for my trip?

Can I bring pets on a private jet charter?
Yes, you absolutely can. We are pet-friendly and have had multiple pets fly with us before - just let us know how many pets and their weights so we can make the proper accommodations. If you’re allergic to certain animals, don't worry, we have an excellent detailing team on staff that will make it look and feel as if they were never there.
What amenities are included on a private jet?
Our in-flight services include high-speed wifi, lavatory, private cabin, climate and lighting, and personalized catering. The only aircraft with no lavatory due to its size is our Cirrus SR22, but don't worry, we’ll remind you before takeoff.
Are private jet charters safe?
We can’t speak for everyone else, but ours certainly are. As of 2025, Great Flight is an ARGUS Platinum rated operator. ARGUS Platinum is the highest safety rating awarded by ARGUS International, a respected independent aviation safety auditor. This certification is earned by only 3% of operators worldwide, so it’s got to count for something. You can find our rating on ARGUS International.
How does private jet chartering work for first time travelers?
We make chartering as simple as possible. All you have to do is call (754) 354-4487, speak to one of our team members and provide us with the trip details, we will then provide you with a quote. The quote is sent as a formal agreement, once it’s signed and returned, the flight is considered booked. You will then have the flexibility to pay before or during your trip.
Can private jets do last-minute flights or same-day departures?
We certainly can. We specialize in last-minutes flights and can be airborne from West Palm Beach (PBI) an hour after booking. You can also book in the morning and request to leave that same night, it’s up to you! We have mastered late notice travel and can fly on your schedule.
Do private jets require TSA or security screening?
One of the best parts of flying private is the ability to skip the chaotic TSA lines! All of the security is done behind the scenes before your flight. All you have to do is show up 15 minutes before your scheduled departure and walk right into the plane, no lines necessary.
What is the difference between booking with a charter operator vs a broker?
Great Flight is an operator, not a broker. This means that we operate our own fleet of aircraft and have our own pilots on staff. Brokers, on the other hand, do not have their own planes or pilots. Most people prefer brokers because they tend to be cheaper, but cheaper isn’t always better. Brokers will find you the best price, but you’ll end up on a plane they’ve never seen before with pilots they’ve also never met before. When you fly with an operator like us, we can reassure you on the safety and reliability of our planes, and the experience and professionalism of our pilots.
